Seldom you see a scene with the 'cross carry assistant' + the desperate (stupid) mother, who tries to get herself killed / crucified..... Emma scored a roll in a modern 'historical' story. Part of the role included her character being crucified. She seemed a bit distressed while they filmed the scene. Tree doesn't understand. They did give her a cornu so she'd last longer...

Glad you caught the resemblance. Maybe I shouldn't have put a name in the first title, but I think the sculpt is good enough that her inspiration is recognizable even without it.
It's all special effects, I assure you. CG trickery.
So, the lady is a modern actress? I suppose the cornu is latex rather than the ivory it looks like, and she will have the benefit of modern lube as well. I don't think that will detract from the authenticity of her performance.
