The composition of this is absolutely faultless - we are drawn inexorably into Claudia's plight by gaze of the bystander, the right arm of the woman with the sign, the crucified, and the soldiers.

To celebrate this marriage, spectacular games were held at the Sildor Colloseum, where thousands of slaves were slaughtered for the amusement of the crowd.

the rest of the slaves were crucified along all the roads leading to Sildoria, and on the roads leading to the Colosseum.

it was the largest crucifixion in a very long time, at one point up to 6,000 slaves were executed.

One hopes the woman carrying the beam will be disrobed and that stupid make-up is removed before she is crucified...

yes, I noticed that the colloseum props have incredible demands on vram. therefore the scene is composed of two parts...the building, and then the person.

I'm still improving/I have small mistakes but that's okay)

I will try gen 9 in the future, but it doesn't appeal to me.

it's a lot of practice that I gained gradually, but I'm proud of what I can already do. and the biggest credit goes to the cadre, without his props, it would be nothing.

Failure to pay taxes to the empire is punishable by partial confiscation of property, if you fail to pay even after you or a member of your family is sold into slavery.


The former Domina Clementine Domitia was not going to accept her fate, she was used to having enough comfort, and she lost all of it through her own fault, and she clearly thought that she would quietly disappear under the cover of night, together with other slaves... and start again somewhere far away under another on behalf of...

but the Sildor guards caught her very quickly...and the punishment was death on a cross..because as a slave she no longer had civil rights and was denied death by the sword.

but her master is merciful, he let her be crucified in the mountains outside the city, where her death will be very quick because of the cold and the scavenging birds... clementine begs the guards to kill her quickly, she's shivering from the cold... but the guards won't stand on this frozen piece of rock spend more time..

don't worry my dear...the ravens will see to your quick death...evening is far away...

and clementine can only watch in horror as the guards leave and the ravens flock to the feast.

it's clever touch, giving the girl who's being nailed the soldier's knife to bite on - gives her something to absorb the pain (though she'll probably bite so hard she'll break her teeth on it), stops her from screaming and trying to bite his arm as she struggles.

I love the suffering, well-whipped girl at the back, desperate for a drop of liquid to drip into her parched throat, though it will only prolong her suffering.
