The man is definitely Vash, but I'm not sure who the woman is suppose to be. She's carrying Nicholas D Wolfwood's cross/gun, but she's not dressed like him. So it looks more like she's a witch from some other series who volunteered to hold it while Wolfwood went to the restroom.
