Translations of Anime titles tend to be very literal. Probably would work better as Date to Live but hey welcome to the world of International English.

One of the most popular titles in Japan and the West right now is "Shingeki no Kyojin". A literal translation would be "The Attacker Titan", but, for reasons I cannot explain, it is known in English as "Attack on Titan". Since the story is about humans fighting against giant carnivorous monsters and not an assualt taking place on Saturn's largest moon, the translation choice is a bit strange. The odd syntax hasn't hurt it's popularity.
