All of these Orihimes are cute (Inoue is her family name); but, most of them don't "measure up" to the original. Number 5/6/10 is close.

The series Bleach was somewhat notorious for the size of some of the female characters breasts. Orihime, who is at least a 38 triple D, was only 4th or 5th largest.

The short answer: Costume play - dressing up as characters from movies, anime, video games, etc.
More big gals of "Bleach": Rangiku Matsumoto. At least one cup size and a couple inches bigger than Orihime.
