The short answer: Costume play - dressing up as characters from movies, anime, video games, etc.
More big gals of "Bleach": Rangiku Matsumoto. At least one cup size and a couple inches bigger than Orihime.

Another popular source is comic books and sci-fi and fantasy books. At the last convention I attended I dressed up as Harry Dresden from the books by Jim Butcher.

I hate to be stupid but what is Cosplay???

Cosplay (コスプレ kosupure), a portmanteau of the words costume play, is a performance art in which participants called cosplayers wear costumes and fashion accessories to represent a specific character.[1]Cosplayers often interact to create a subculture, and a broader use of the term "cosplay" applies to any costumed role-playing in venues apart from the stage. Any entity that lends itself to dramatic interpretation may be taken up as a subject and it is not unusual to see genders switched. Favorite sources include anime, cartoons, comic books, manga, live-action films, television series, and video games.

I answer for question ;) ;)

One final entry in the "Bleach" breast fest: Nelliel Tu Odelschwank (Nel Tu to her friends):

Apparently, not many adult women - but several kids - chose to cosplay Nel Tu's child form.

Yes, that's the same character. She switches back and forth. There is an explanation for this but it's kinda long and no one here is interested anyway.
