SERVORUM DOMITOR
Kim Thomson
I haven't seen Madonna since MTV quit showing videos 24/7... wasn't their first video "Video killed the radio show"?So is there anyone out there who can explain this stuff?
Am I just misunderstanding this whole thing?
Or is it really just another yuppie millennial get rich quick scam?
So THAT'S where Tree came from!OK at some point, somebody has to do this...
Let's talk about Madonna giving birth to a tree...

And there's video;
Now there's a bunch of problems going on here, starting with the big one - this does not look like Madonna!
OK, I know from my own experience that it's incredibly tough to get a good likeness in CGI - but these are professionals doing this stuff, most likely using high-end hardware and software, not a casual amateur like me using Daz3D! Come on guys - these images are being put out there as NFTs, presumably for insanely large amounts of money, yet this does not even look like who it's supposed to be!
Now don't get me wrong - these pics are gorgeous - they're interesting, beautiful and definitely weird enough to attract my attention, and I love the look and concept of them - it's all very environmental scifi - like Silent Running but with naked women (Now that's a movie I'd like to see made) - but this is still not Madonna...
If she is serious about this stuff then quite obviously she should use real photos of herself and get those highly-paid CGI gurus to add in the other stuff - at least then it would look like her! After all, if you're going to be purchasing (conned into buying) a supposedly unique NFT, then surely you want the real thing, not a poor CGI imitation...
OK, now let's get onto the real elephant in the room - the concept of NFTs themselves...
Now I'm probably too old to understand this stuff - it all seems like some sort of hyped-up ponzi scheme to me, but perhaps there is some younger individual in here who could explain this stuff properly, in a way that those of us too mature to live our lives on tiktok can understand, and possibly even try to convince me that NFTs are anything other than a scam...
Now I don't pretend to understand the nuances of this stuff, but from what little I can actually get my head around, you are basically selling an image for a large amount of money, on the basis that it is totally unique, and can never be transferred to another person, so only the buyer will ever be able to own it
EXCEPT THAT THESE IMAGES ARE ON THE INTERNET AND HALF THE PLANET HAS ALREADY DOWNLOADED THEM
Including myself of course
No, I just don't get it sorry...
On the plus side, it appears that Madonna actually got her vagina 3D scanned in high resolution for this project - I just hope that somebody will upload the actual 3D file for this, then I could 3D print it - and then I could have Madonna's quim hanging on the wall
Seriously though, I can't get away from the feeling that this whole NFT thing is just a sophisticated scam to get gullible social media poisonalities to part with their money - if it sounds like a scam, looks like a scam and works like a scam, then there's a very strong possibility that it is just a scam...
So is there anyone out there who can explain this stuff?
Am I just misunderstanding this whole thing?
Or is it really just another yuppie millennial get rich quick scam?
Yeah it was. Video KIlled The Radio Star by The Buggles, and it was a No.1 chart hit here in the UK way back in 1979I haven't seen Madonna since MTV quit showing videos 24/7... wasn't their first video "Video killed the radio show"?
Superb collection!Bonus pic—a poster for one of her Berlin performances, probably in the late Teens.

Dig, if you’re talking about deepfakes, there terabytes of them out there, but they go against this thread’s purpose, and personally I’ve never had any use for them.So many famous nude ladies.... I wonder, if it would not be more easy to post only those who were never nude on pics, such as such as.... hm, probably a waste to study longer....
Actually even considering the not fakes there are relatively few. Some, where it was rumoured that they are in real male are under them. In that sense, I think as celebrity you should do nude pics (I would), it seems more natural and healthy. Sadly the good payments of playboy has broken away.Dig, if you’re talking about deepfakes, there terabytes of them out there, but they go against this thread’s purpose, and personally I’ve never had any use for them.
Will the possible exception of Natalie Wood in the 1962 film "Gypsy," wherein she played a stripper but never even once got naked.
