Bondage / Captivity / Interrogation / Torture Scenes in Mainstream Movies

Look, her pussy looks really nice. The hints of pubic hair on it looks cute. So I appreciate the view, but it still did not explain shit, right?

Apparently, the explanation came alongside a shaving foam:

22.jpg23.jpg24.jpg25.jpg26.jpg27.jpg
While he was taking his sweet time with her womanhood, the unending humiliation across her face went unnoticed by anyone but us viewers. It must have taken everything in her not to kick or at least close her legs.

And, finally, came the main event:

28.jpg29.jpg30.jpg

It was at this point that it finally dawned on me what Sabrina and her tormentor are all about: After 15 years of captivity, she must be suffering from some kind of a Stockholm Syndrome. Not to the point where she became a completely obedient slave, as evident from her humiliated face, but just enough to make a mess of her mind. And I say that her mind has been made a bundle of contradictions because, while she obviously did not wish for her current "lifestyle" to continue, she also seemed to accept no one but the Creeper to be the one to free her. The thing is, she also appeared to have been resigned to the fact that she was never going to be let go. Confusing, right? To further illustrate her confusion, she has also appeared to come to terms with her constant nudity...unless any physical interaction followed. As in, she knew there was nothing she could do to stop people from looking at her, but she would certainly react when they got physical with her.

From the viewpoint of the creeper, I guess the girl doll near Sabrina tells you all you need to know about him and Sabrina: to him, Sabrina IS his girl doll. She is always handcuffed to the ceiling to make sure she can't move, just like a doll. She wears nothing to ensure she is vulnerable at all times, just like the fate of a doll depends on the owner. She is kept with white teeth, no underarm hair, and no pubic hair, just like a doll. And, most importantly of all, just like a doll, her existence depends on the whims of her "owner". In her case, he wants her to be handcuffed naked. Anything and everything else are forbidden. She is not allowed to feed or clothe herself. She is not allowed to clean herself. She is not allowed freedom of movement. She is not allowed privacy and modesty. Her "owner" does all that for her, if he decides to. If he decides to leave her for the weekend like he originally planned to? Tough shit. Nothing happens to her without his consent. Pretty much like a doll. Her surroundings just ascertain the permanence of her situation.

Either way, the Creeper certainly did take his time shaving her pubic hair. He also took his time wiping clean off whatever was left of the shaving cream, her obvious humiliation be damned:

31.jpg32.jpg33.jpg34.jpg35.jpg

Once he was done, her Stockholm syndrome kicked in and she showed him a thankful smile and leaned over, as if to present her body to him. He paid her no mind and left her alone.

36.jpg37.jpg

And that concludes the most interesting part of her nude scenes in Paura 3D. By all accounts, many reviewers agreed that Sabrina's dynamic with her captor is the best part of the story and when the focus goes back to saving her & stopping him, the film went downhill from there.

I am of the mind that the directors of this film, the Manetti Brothers, really wasted a chance of a lifetime with foregoing the duo's dynamic and turning this into a generic horror film. There was an Austrian film released in 2011 called Michael that told a story of 3 months in the life of a pedo who kept a boy in his basement. It's a disturbing film, but that's kind of the point. Anyway, Michael depicted the account of the pedo's day to day work and life (he even scored with some women), before he came back home to his "boy".

I feel like not having this film be something similar to Michael is a waste of opportunity. They had someone as game as and as brave as Francesca Cuttica was, after all. I read that some reviewers thought that her role was degrading, but an interview available on Youtube showed that her final remark in promoting this film was "See you in the basement!", so there. Though, her previous nude scene was a two-second close-up shot of her left breast with a rather dark lighting in a short film very few people have seen, so doing what she did in Paura 3D was certainly a gigantic leap. Her chemistry with Peppe Servillo was great (you really felt like they have known each other for years) and their performances were stellar. It doesn't even have to be "3 months with a kidnapper". It could be a week in their life together, with the Creeper being shown as a respectable member of society only to go back home to her. Make Day 1 from his viewpoint, Day 2 from hers, and so forth. It would certainly have been endlessly controversial, but that's kind of the point. What a shame, but I hope you enjoy Francesca in the basement, regardless.

Oh your idea sounds much better than whatever generic horror movie this went on to.

Yeah, I’d love to see the version where we spend a week with tormenter and victim’s perspective. No need for gratuitous physical torture, just a headspace pieces, call it “enraptured with my capture” or something... nice!

Thank you for the explanation, I was unlikely to seek out Paura itself , my Italian is not up to the job anyway... ?
(I assume it’s Italian - if it was Spanish I might give it a whirl)

Thanks for the spoiler alert. I'm typing this with my eyes strictly on the keyboard so I don't read your analysis just yet. I've got to find this movie for myself and give it a watch. Hope it's available on a streaming site somewhere. This is must see for me.

One film often overlooked in its genre is the French zombie shocker

Mutants (2009).

M01.jpgM02.pngM03.pngM05.png

During a virus outbreak that twists humans into raging creatures, a few survivors seek shelter in an abandoned hospital. The destination of their journey is a military base assumed to be still running, but as some drifters arrive at the temporary hide-out, things degenerate from bad to worse. Their leader eventually demands the keys to the first group’s ambulance as well as the stash of diesel. When EMT Sonia (Hélène de Fougerolles) refuses to hand over the only means of transportation, the leader roughs her up and enjoys it.

He isn’t too creative about it, “only” slapping and kicking her around. But the scene is drawn out and well played, perfectly befitting the film’s bleak atmosphere.

Mutants both is and is not your run-of-the-mill zombie flick. Tropes such as the rivalling survivors are incorporated in a convincing way, and the impressive camera work (whenever not resorting to shaky cam) complements a story simplified to maximum effectiveness.

It is Italian.

And, yes, what a bummer it was that the filmmakers had a professional stage actress like Francesca Cuttica and instead chose to waste her bravery. :eusa_doh:

Good luck, mate. :afro:

If you want to see her scenes alone, I think there is a clip over at Ancensored, though.

I recently watched a Hungarian movie called "Eternal Winter." It's about a woman, a young Hungarian mother, who is transported to a Russian Gulag as part of the post war de-Germanization process the Soviets instituted. Hundreds of thousands of Hungarians and others were transported to work camps as part of this campaign. Those with German names were transported. According to Wikipedia, roughly 600,000 Hungarians were transported to work camps. Approximately 200,000 died in them.

Iren Walter (Marina Gera) is taken from her family during Christmas 1944. Her husband is serving in some capacity in the war, and never returns. Her marital name is enough to have her sent into forced labor. Initially the idea is that she and many others in her village are to be assigned to "Malenkij robot" i.e. "Little work," in her case, husking maize. However she and the others of the village, and hundreds of thousands of other Hungarians, are in fact transported in locked cattle cars into Ukraine and other remote areas to work in mines or other forced labor.

Conditions are very harsh. The weather is cold and bleak, the work very hard. Every day the men and women of the camp march under guard to the mines, were they work in hazardous conditions.

Iren and another prisoner fall in love. He teaches her the rules of survival in the camp.

eternal winter19.pngTaken from her family, Iren promises her young daughter that she will return soon.

eternal winter2.pngeternal winter1.pngAfter a long wearying ride in a cold cattle car Iren and the rest of the prisoners arrive at the work camp.

eterrnal winter3.pngeternal winter4a.pngIren must be inspected by a doctor, and her clothes disinfected. To do so, she must remove them. But she doesn't understand Russian, and they don't know Hungarian. The guard helpfully demonstrates what they want by starting to unbutton her coat. Russian work camp guards are known for their patience and helpfulness in this way.

eternal winter5a.pngeternal winter6 - Copy.pngeternal winter7 - Copy.pngIren gets the idea, and removes her shoes and stockings. Now she's ready to answer any questions. But no! The guard patiently explains that she's not quite finished undressing.

eternal winter9.pngThe doc takes a look. Obviously maintaining the comfort and dignity of their guest workers is a top priority.

After her medical evaluation, Iren is sent to the bathhouse, where there are troughs of cold water for the prisoners to splash on themselves. There are no separate facilities for men and women. This after all, is a workers paradise. Everyone is equal here.

eternal winter10 - Copy.pngeternal winter11 - Copy.png

After a refreshing splash in the trough, Iren and the other women are sent to their dormitory, where they scramble for their clothes, which have placed in an orderly heap on the floor.

Work in the mines can sure make a girl grimy! One of the rules that Iren's lover insists upon however, is that one must wash every day. Good advice to keep in mind as we all return from a hard day of work at our own little gulags, whether in an air conditioned office or, just as likely these days, our home office.

Note--I hope no one is offended by my attempt to add a little humor. I hardly need to remind everyone that I do not mean to make light of the real life conditions that real people had to endure. I add this bit of PC only because it just occurred to me that I wouldn't make light of a comparable movie about the Holocaust, and in fact didn't when I posted my comments and pics on the movie "Sobibor." But as always, and as everyone else here does, I compartmentalize my erotic fantasies from the real life experience.

One further note--The movie is shot with the settings so dark it can be difficult to make out detail. I increased the exposure on these images using photo editing software.

The Creeper looks like Trump henchman Steven Miller

Does anyone know where I might find this film? It doesn't seem to be available on the streaming sites I've checked. It's not even listed on Amazon.

Mia Goth in "A Cure for Wellness (2016)" - IMDB

A sketchy doctor runs a sanatorium in a Swiss mountain chateau. Among his patients, a young woman, Hannah (Goth) stands out. He calls her his 'special patient'. One evening, he presents her with a nice dress and holds a ball for her. All the other brainwashed patients play along. Suddenly, he takes Hannah away, telling her he wants to show her something. Surprise! It is his sex dungeon in the basement!

m_goth_cure_for_wellness_1_1.jpg m_goth_cure_for_wellness_1_2.jpg m_goth_cure_for_wellness_1_3.jpg m_goth_cure_for_wellness_1_4.jpg m_goth_cure_for_wellness_1_5.jpg

Hannah is not in the mood for sleeping with her doctor, so he knocks her down and ties her to the bed. The nice dress is ruined when Dr. Horny rips it open. But before things get really spicy, there is a disturbance.

m_goth_cure_for_wellness_2_1.jpg m_goth_cure_for_wellness_2_2.jpg m_goth_cure_for_wellness_2_3.jpg m_goth_cure_for_wellness_2_4.jpg

m_goth_cure_for_wellness_2_5.jpg m_goth_cure_for_wellness_2_6.jpg m_goth_cure_for_wellness_2_7.jpg m_goth_cure_for_wellness_2_8.jpg

Yeeeah (or: 'Nooo'?), the movie's hero joins the party and makes it clear that today's sex education class is over. The doctor turns into a zombie demon (yeah, really) and they fight. The place is set on fire and Hannah spends the next couple of minutes escaping her bondage.

m_goth_cure_for_wellness_3_1.jpg m_goth_cure_for_wellness_3_2.jpg m_goth_cure_for_wellness_3_3.jpg m_goth_cure_for_wellness_3_4.jpg m_goth_cure_for_wellness_3_5.jpg m_goth_cure_for_wellness_3_6.jpg

My opinion: If you disregard the stupid showdown, "A Cure for Wellness" is a pretty good mystery thriller. It starts slow, but the tension grows consistently. The main cast's acting is excellen, the scenes are very athmospheric and there are also some nicely executed foreshadowing moments. The ending though would have worked better without the supernatural parts (which kind of come out of nowhere), since everything could have been easily explained with earthly causes, which would have made the resolution stronger.
