It's hard for me to judge right now. I've never ordered anything from him before. This was the first such experience. A person is engaged in computer graphics. My order surprised him. Maybe it's just a matter of asking nicely. Everything comes with a price, of course. Especially requests from master.

People are often interested in the motivation of their clients. Those who execute orders are often interested in their customers from a psychological point of view.
