Obviously there’s a surplus of ship chain in Barbaria’s former realm. And hair dye, apparently,, but I’m always up for a good branding, and if you need to test the hot irons I know a ready supply of unscarred slave flesh

In this small South American republic, Barbara Morales, a civil rights activist and revolutionary, had long been a thorn in the side of the ruling Junta and near the top of its "Wanted" list.

It was an open secret that the interrogators used the lash, the parrot perch, electro torture and waterboarding to obtain the information they required, and they would not hesitate to employ rape and buggery on an attractive woman like her. A daunting prospect indeed.
