Carrying the Cross

Please keep the pictures (which are very good, by the way) under 400kbs to save site costs

I searched through my content and don't have a picture under 500kbs and they are all simple jpgs. I haven't received a request like this with other posts. Why is such a low number required now? I'll need to edit and cut down anything I post here from now on?

CF is a donation funded site for the last few years now. The size limit keeps its costs down. It may be a pain but we ask everyone to do so. Tree had the same protests when ot was implemented. I had the same concerns but have lived with it. By the way, if they are your own pictures (not just a manip or someone else's pic) let a moderator know. There is more leeway there!

And we really don't check every picture. We are all 'high paid' volunteers. But please help, thanks!
