I found it, thx for the hint. It's from a comic in French titled l'evangile selon satan. I cant find any HD or colored scans sadly

The Taarna segment was done by a team of animators with the character rotoscoped - a technique in which live actors are filmed and then painted over.
Contrary to popular belief, French artist Moebius (Jean Giraud) had nothing to do with the production, although it was clearly influenced by his work. He claimed to be flattered by the comparison.
