Well if you look at 05 his shoulders seem to be giving way. In 06 they appear to have popped because his chest is much lower than it should be hinting at dislocated shoulder joints. Maybe it's just a product of the rendering of the pic but I like to imagine the shoulders are gone. Same in 07 and 08. In 07 he seems to be pushing up with his muscled thighs to take the pain off his ruined shoulders. In 08 the realisation of being fully crucified has set in as his shoulders are gone. In 09 he seems to have closed his mind to the pain of being crucified and resigned himself to the fact that the cross has won. He has been crucified. His crucifixion is complete.
