Very intimate, sharing your suffering (and your pleasure?) that way. Very powerful.
I like the idea of the experience shared involuntarily, witnessed, viewed by others who may or may not be sympathetic. Who may look at your body critically, who may heap derision on your pain. Or indeed those who may feel sympathy, or just enjoy seeing you stretched naked for them like that .
Here is a small series recently posted by Homoeros, I leave it to you to decide what they story behind it is. Perhaps the wife of Spartacus, or perhaps the wronged woman's revenge?
This is the magic of the male cross, the strong rendered helpless, vulnerable.

As great as it is from a technical viewpoint, especially the handsome face and the rendering quality, I still dont get completely into this "super-steroid boosted" muscle and body-structure. As if someone took too much inspiration from "The Incredible Hulk" (but without the trousers...).

I totally agree. I cannot understand the aesthetic of artificially turning one's body into muscle-bound ugliness. Ancient Greek statues show how real exercise designed for war-fitness turns a man into a beautiful creature not a monster.
I also like to see male victims to be fairly normal as there is an element of empathy involved in my appreciation. I cannot relate to a fake-looking muscle-man!

I agree. Often I look at people at the gym, etc, imagine them on a cross. It is the combination of the perfect ass for the flogging, and the perfect features overall. Here are two features I'd love to combine, the perfect ass to shred with the bones and glass whip, and a slightly furry but well tapered body. Notice the strong legs; he will support well nailed to the wood. And I'd rub honey into is chest treasure trail and genitals to attract the insects and vermin.

Being crucified is an amazing experience and I am a fortunate victim. My next turn on my Master's cross comes in an outdoor session in May with an invited audience and I am being prepared for that with graduated periods tied to the cross.
