Madosi, or anyone else, if you can find more crowds from front and behind, models too, the crowds to look Roman or medieval, also faces with expressions that are suitable, both male and female, that would be great.

Just a hint! Think about how they made movies with mass scenes like Ben Hur. With a few tens of extra's, they built up a scene as if thousands of people were present. And if you watch closely the naval battle of the 1959 release by William Wyler, you see often the same background, with the same position of the fighting ships. Only the action on the foreground is different. But the viewer does not notice, because he is captured by the action.

All you need is 10 to 15 people. You put them in a row, if needed in a few arrangements. You need no details, the crowd stands on a distance.

Then, it is all a matter of copy-past and mirroring. Put the rows randomly over each other. Play with size reductions. Change the colour of the clothes if necessary. It will not be noticed that you always repeated the same sequence.

Just a quicky to demonstrate how I made from the same sequence of 19 people, a row of onlookers, and a bigger crowd.
