The men crucifying the women take great care nailing their feet. A wounded women still has great strength in their legs. Some have their feet nailed separately while the noble women had their feet nailed one over the other. It could be as Tree says, maybe Adrianna lied to get fucked in one last gangbang but we'll never know the truth and I suspect the executioners didn't care either. Now she's been crucified to be fucked by dozens of people in a crux humilis position (at a low height) and with her legs open to the extreme.

You always have to be devasted before to be crucified , otherwise you could be too much resistant during the nailing ; the nailing has to be made perfectly for that the condemned stays alive more long as possible ; the roman work (crucifixion) was a true "work of art" !

You're right, even if the victim were submissive and masochistic, during the nailing it would be difficult to control a woman crazed with pain and in full force.

In fact, Sejanus has selected the executioners among the worst psychopaths, some of them taken from prisons where they had in turn been sentenced to the cross for raping and torturing their victims.
