Favorite Scenario. ( Fantasy!? )
I have long had a sambenito ready, a condemned man's robe...and irons for my ankles and wrists.
For the walk of penance shame and resilience.
From a dark and dirty dungeon to the place where a fat and Rough Executioner, has prepared a large pyre with a dark pole in the center.
From which hang rusty chains...Place of Execution...an abandoned farm. far from everything.
A torrid midsummer, to dry the faggots and raise the Flames: When my Sentence to the Stake is pronounced...and organized in every desired detail.

My fantasies involve my own crucifixion but also someone who crucifies others.
As I've played around with this idea for some time now. Should write a story using it but can't seem to I work out the details for an engaging scenario. Anyhow, I work for a private justice services company (let's call it Tri-State Justice Services, to give it a name) that provides justice technicians (i.e., facilitators, or executioners, to be blunt about what we do) to various state and local governments. When criminals have been convicted of various crimes and sentenced to death or corporal punishment my company provides the "technicians" to carry out the sentences, be they various types of whipping/scourging/caning, beatings, naked public exposure (e.g., stock and pillory), hanging, garroting, crucifixion, beheading, etc. Pretty much whatever the local jurisdictions wants. We have an extensive research department to aid us providing the services desired.
Our company is headquartered is in Arkansas and was founded by James Tree soon after the national legalization of extreme methods of punishment (The Extreme Punishments Act). The company specializes in crucifixions and is in much demand for the quality of our services in this particular area of capital punishments. I am James' granddaughter and after serving as an apprentice and journeyman justice technician for several years following graduation from college I have been been credentialed as a Master Justice Technician for Crucifixions. Boy, I sure had to pound a lot of nails and hoist a lot of crosses to reach my current level of qualification. But it was all worth it. I am now in charge of my own mobile crucifixion team. How exciting! Grandad is so proud of me. There are few women in this line of work, so I'm very much a model for young women entering the field.
My team provides all the equipment necessary for carrying out crucifixions: the crosses, ropes, hammers, nails, support equipment, etc. Just tell us how long you want the condemned to suffer and leave the rest to us. We even clean up and dispose of the body (bodies) afterwards.
Tr-State specializes in female executions and punishments.

Indeed, crucifixions are much more expensive than a simple beheading which is over and done with very quickly. Crucifixions take a day or more, usually. But local governments don't have to maintain the facilities, equipment, or staff. Just pay our fee.I'd like to give a glance to the tariffs of TSJS company. I bet that a beheading costs much less of a crucifixion
