That is definitely the watermark of the artist who posted as Arcas. Indeed, you posted one of their images yesterday. But I am not seeing that signature on the three garrotting images that you posted and @wulf is asking about. You will find them - along with many, many others - posted by the artist known as vico4444 at the e-hentai link I posted above.
I do agree that there is a similarity in brutal cruelty in their work.
