HB this wheel scene is great!! One thing i really like is how the prisoner is low to the ground, unlike crucifixion which could be elevated. This way the executioner and crowd has immediate access. Each turn of the wheel exposes a new body part for torture. And the anguished face is always up close. My only suggestion is nails.

Whow very brutal but great „bloody“ idea. Could be possible if gravity of the body wheight would slowly pull out the wounds and slice open the soles of the nailed feet. But in this case the spike would move in opposite direction from heel to toes. So the open sliced wounds between spikes and middle of the soles (not between spikes and toes as shown) would be even more realistic. Great art work anyway. Thank you

Love this!! Positioning on the wheel makes the prisoner more vulnerable and accessible. This is not good when there is a sadistic crowd. Perhaps a double execution. One prisoner watches the other bashed and torn apart by the birds, knowing he is next.

Here is a crowd scene. A sadistic and lustful crowd forms, all take part in his torment and torture. The smell of blood, sweat and rotten fruit excites the birds, who wait patiently above.
