Again its supposed to be hosted for 30 days but that seems to be not the case anymore.

Just a testne video is encoded in the MP4 format with the "main" profile
the second is the same video is encoded in MP4 format but with the "baseline" profile
Who can see the 2 video?

I can see them both Windows 10 with Chrome

It's also possible that Windows 10 does not support playing MP4 without 3rd party codec (typical of Microsoft...)
I'm personnaly using "ffdshow" (freeware) https://www.videohelp.com/software/ffdshow

K-Lite Codec pack is also popular https://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm
i did not try them.

Also VLC player is able to play any video files by itself:https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html

Here is a merged version of those video in "webm" format.
I had to .zip the video as it seems that you cannot upload a .webm extension files on this forum.
I also uploaded the video with a .mp4 extension (i just renamed the extension to .mp4:its the same video than the .zip file)
Hope that they work for most of you out there!

Kind of complicated to upload a video on this forum as there is a wide variety of way that users watch
those video contrary to a .jpg image that can be open with a lot more of device that a .mp4 video
