Drugged and partially disrobed, she hardly seems aware of the sharpened stake which waits for her. The cloak is there to guard her modesty, but her lower body is stripped and ready to be penetrated. Not much will be hidden once the business start for real.

A possible slow death from impalement.
1. There is an angled slot in a wall.
2. A detachable stake can be fitted into the slot. The stake would then be at a slight upward angle to the wall but only about 10 degrees off horizontal
3. The stake is removed and lubricated with petroleum jelly.
4. A crossbar is hung by a fixed metal bar from the ceiling. The crossbar hangs at the end of where the stake would be - about two to three feet above it.
5. The girl's(or boy's) arms are first tied over the crossbar, but importantly his/her hands are free to hold the crossbar.
7. The end of the stake has a protruding fishhook like point.
8. The fish hook point of the stake is carefully inserted in the victims anus whilst several people hold him/her firmly.
9.The stake is reattached to the slot in the wall.
10. The victims feet are tied behind him/her so that they go over the stake. There can now be no escape from the stake
10. The victim is discouraged from bucking away from the stake by both the fixed crossbar and the fact that any attempt to get off the stake would lead to the victims anus being ripped to shreds by the fishhook like point.
11. The victim has a first choice - s/he can grip the cross bar tightly with his/her hands thus bearing the whole of his/her body. This would prevent the stake from penetrating/sliding up her anus. But this would mean a prolongued death from non vertical cruxifiction.
12. Eventually the victims shoulders and hands can take no more, and s/he allows the stake in h/hers anus to take the weight in her body.
13. Because the stake is a slight angle it gradually slides deeper into the victims body.
14. The victim tries to arch his/her lower back/buttocks to slow the automatic penetration of the stake.
15. This bucking only has the effect of lowering resistance to the stake and it slowly(because of the slight angle) penetrates deeper into the victims guts, leading presumably to some sort of eventual hammorreage.
