What bullets do they shoot that they have to wear gasmasks?

The masks are more to hide their identity. This is often done with firing squads so I thought I'd do it here. Then I assume they just fire FMJ 5.56 NATO rounds.

I've decided to share a whole set with you all that I made recently called Roman Impalement.

There are plenty of examples of a woman going to her place of execution/torture with a high head and showing grace. Then there are examples of her being dragged there by cruel guards who enjoy her cries for mercy. I wanted to show a woman who tried to be brave but broke down then instead of laughing at her her executioner comforted her and helped to give her the strength to face her sentence with honor. But lets see what you think.

I imagine her as a retiring gladiatrix. Most likely, she was a bēstiāria, who fought with wild beasts: lions, tigers, leopard, maybe with bulls.
We can see that she is about thirty ... maybe 29 (in this case 30 is the boundary age for gladiatrices), so she must go to her "retirement".

Of course, slavegirls' retirement doesn't mean a kind of carefree life with getting benefits - no, a retiring gladiatrix must be executed.

For her achievements on the Arena, this woman had gotten two rewards:
1. She was allowed to choose the hole for her pole (and we can see that she had chosen her vaginal tube).
2. She was allowed to choose the place of her execution - and she had chosen a quiet private place.

She was thinking that it would be easier for her to die far away from the Arena ... without cruel and perverted crowd, without their mockeries, their silly jokes and humiliating applause.
But she wasn't right. She had a mistake.
After her execution was about to be started, she suddenly realized that she would miss the Arena and the crowd. She would yearn for her audience, and it would be unbearably hard for her to die alone.

So, she had a little nervous breakdown, but her executioner successfully managed this incident.
She was not afraid to be executed by impalement, it was just a little emotional crisis, and it had been was overcome by her and her friend-executioner.

Thats a very interesting take on it. I really like that idea. I might have to see if I can make that into a story one day.
