Here are images illustrating four different implementations of the pillory for women in Germany. All images by M. Henze circa 1900 from the books of Rudolf Quanter (who published several books about the history of judicial punishments in Germany, including at least two about punishments for immorality -- no full copies online I think, so I'm not sure whether they're serious historical tomes or more in the Nell In Bridewell style).
Here is a whore being paraded through the streets on a donkey facing the tail, stripped to the waist:
Two men and a woman at the pillory, with neck irons, humiliating masks and forced to carry "Lastersteine" ("stones of sin"):
A whore at the pillory, forced to wear a straw crown to indicate her lost virginity and honour:
A double punishment of two lovers: the man is receiving a public flogging ("Staupenschlag") with a bundle of birches while above him his lover is publicly exhibited in a cage mounted on top of the whipping post. No idea whether they are forced to swap over once they've finished flogging him:
