It seems this wouldn't remain the only legal grey area. I could not help but notice that the cover for The Birch in the Boudoir/Beauty in the Birch is basically identical to that of the Gold edition of the video RPG Sacred, published by German studio Ascaron in 2005. Only some minor changes have been done, as the original depicts a fairy or sprite of sort.
