Would it be possible if I may be be able to dedicate a new thread for a specific crucifixion style? It would be more so focused on crucifixions where the victim has their ankles nailed to the sides of the stipe?

(I would also be sure to mention the specific artist if possible)

I would not object, since it is my favourite nailing style for the feet! :)
So, it could be an interesting discussion.
Mods always have to accept the proposals for a new thread first. But I not a mod on this Forum, just a humble crucifiable mortal.:(
You can go for it, but just keep in mind that it sometimes happens that mods decide that the topic of a new thread is already covered by another, existing thread. In that case, they move the contents of the new thread to there. You would get anyway a notification of that.

Would you believe it, we already have a 'nailing feet' thread, with quite a few images of, and discussions about, nailing to the sides of the stipes! Take a look at it, you might well decide to join in that ongoing theme. But if you decide a more specific, dedicated thread would be appropriate, I don't think there'd be any objection.
