Great series!!!!!!Being an ass man, I have a lot of renders of various scenes from a rear view. This particular one is a dramatic scene from The Serpent's Eye where they are lifting Sabina up and her toes are touching the earth for the last time.

I do pay special attention when I'm crafting the ass on these girls. Even if Sabina's is a bit dinged up from her whipping, it's still a great ass in my opinion.
Three takes on the same theme by the Artist Still Known As Jastrow.
The first one is both gritty and grisly, featuring a spiked cornu dialing up the victim's agony to 11. At the time I mentioned to Jas that I'm a squeamish crux perv and cornus give me the willies. He graciously produced the second render in which the lady is visibly getting off.
Some years later he gifted the folks on Foundation with the third one, for Valentine's Day. In place of the cornu is an adorable holiday teddy bear, doubtless placed there by a member of the former teacher's 3rd grade class.

It's certainly in the style of ZaZ, aka Master Chris, but I can't find a close match -
his goblins tend to be giants compared to the girls they torment -
there's another artist who does ones like that, with dwarf gnomes.
And I've a maddening feeling I've seen that pic quite recently,
or something very similar, but can't find it. I'll signal if I do.

The guy is totally new to me. And he's so doggone good. I'm not into the D&D gloss, but once more, he can precisely, visually target what the addicts come for.

In the first the zaftig Tessa arches her entire body away from the stipes, IMHO one of the most insanely erotic moves of The Dance.
The second features the lovely Sveta, whose naked body I always thought resembled the Roman ideal of beauty as seen in surviving paintings and mosaics. So it's easy to see her in my twisted imagination as a slave girl from Pompeii whose luck ran out sometime prior to August 24th. 79 c.e.

One of my favorite hobbies is giving into temptation, so here goes.
They're titled "On the Beach" and "Spoiled Memory," illustrating the flashback a character in The Greek Girls has when he first glimpses one of the girls nailed to her cross. Jastrow captured perfectly the moment as I saw it in my imagination.
Not perfect for this thread. But perfectly matched images.

For what it's worth, I have a folder full of such pics that I use as reference for my own art. Here are a few that fall into that category.
Jedakk, I seem to recall that at the time Makar came out with these you were unsure a human body could really move like that. I was rather surprised to see one of the models do this.
I wonder if Zugibe ever noticed Cruxdreams before his passing. Makar and the ladies seemed to be giving an extended tutorial on crucifixion physics.

Could be. Makar and his girls showed us a lot was possible that most of us had never thought of. I did question whether a victim who was nailed to a cross would move that way. But knowing it was possible, I used those examples to create scenes like these:
