Indeed.... it's been very cold being in Finland this week, but somehow (you know, chatting with someone on CF) I came across Kata... these are from a long time back, but, well... I find her sweet....

Harrison Schmitt, during an Apollo 17 moonwalk (December 1972). Crew : Gene Cernan (Commander) - Harrison Schmitt (Lunar Module Pilot) - Ron Evans (Command Module Pilot).
Sxhmitt was the first and only geologist sent to the moon. He was originally scheduled to fly with Apollo 18, but when that mission was canceled, he replaced Joe Engle on Apollo 17, under pressure of the scientific community. This to the displeasure of the pilot's community who had got all the Apollo assignements up to then.
