Reminds me of the bad old days when I worked. I was quite dedicated to the job and on my day off I got a call that something had 'blown up' for a major customer. So I went into work and tried to fix things and by 3 PM things were working pretty well when I got a call from my district manager's secretary... Sorry he was called a 'regional vice president' and she an 'administrative assistant' by the time I retired... (I digress) when I got a call from his secretary asking me to see him at 4:45. He was two pay grades above me and I thought he might be interested in what was going on with an important customer but when I walked in he wanted to talk about why I was wearing jeans.True story:

I explained it was my day off that I had just spent the all of it saving his ass and found he didn't even have know clue what had happened. I asked him if he wanted to apologize... He declined...

So gullible. Met them at a pub. They told me I could come hang out with them at a little party they were throwing if I liked. I said sure why not and followed them around back into an old warehouse....
