Mata Hari was a Dutch citizen who spied for the Germans and was executed by the French for espionage. In "Dishonored", Dietrich plays an Austrian prostitute recruited by the Austro-Hungarian Intelligence Service to root out a Russian spy. She falls in love with him and helps him escape when captured. She is executed by the Austrians for treason.
Not really the same thing.

...In the end, looking into the eyes of the slave who she believed was absolutely loyal to her, she understood that precisely he had been the one who betrayed her, and that he was now completing his perverse plan by mercilessly piercing her with his dagger.
