Essentially most crux RPs or fantasies end when the victim is dead. I have rarely played one where anything happens (other than gloating by the Dominant) after death.
It is a logical conclusion to the scenario.
And remember the nice thing about a RP in SL or a image created by whatever means is that no one was harmed or killed in the process of creation. Killed in the RP ready to go as soon as your avi is cleaned up.
Not really any different from the 10s of thousands of people who have died on the big (or little) screen.
