Of the many torture devices used to punish slave girls, one of the more popular one was the “whipping wheel.” The reason for its favor is that it allowed the guards greater flexibility in administering a flagellation. If a prisoner were tied or chained firmly to a whipping post her movements were restricted, whereas the whipping wheel allow for greater mobility, which the guards found very entertaining watching the unfortune nude twist and turn and writhe freely under the lash.
Here's how it worked. The naked slave girl was tied by her wrists to a spoke of the wheel. An electric motor set the wheel in motion. The speed at which it turned could be calibrated for different speeds, from a slow walk, a steady trot or a fast run. The slave girl, of course had to keep up at whatever pace it moved. As she padded barefoot around the wheel, the guard or guards lashed her nudity.
In this case the disobedient Angela Brown had to endure her lashing at a swift jog. This pace caused her full breasts to leap and spring and bounce much to the delight of the guards watching her. No part of her nudity was spared: breasts, belly, buttocks and especially her vulnerably exposed pussy. Round and round she ran, the torture chamber echoing with the whistle of the whip and her increasingly shrill screams and howls.
