The non-citizen women who soon regretted visiting Rome without the proper permissions in the time of a civil war and asking too many questions in the taberna, but it was too late to make any complaints. Only two of them were real spies. The remaining eight though innocent must be sacrificed to secure the peace and security of the citizens... as well as to give them plenty of pleasure and amusement.

I've always liked the number and variety of spectators you use in your images. Few of them ever show compassion for the crucified. Typical human behavior, I assume.

I enjoy all these sketches. There is no such thing as “modesty” for the crucified. Look at 0043_004: the buxom nude crawls toward her patibulum, her full breasts hanging freely, her pussy and ass hole on full display to the delight of the crowd.

The Very Last Hour Of Her Life (x6)
Margaret: she still tries to lift her poor body up despite the unimaginable pain. The fear of death overhelmed her. She is just losing her wits with the panic. But within half a hour the soldiers will break her legs and she will die despite all her heroic efforts, crying with fear and pain.
Anna: she was exhausted and unable to move and to cover her nakedness. But when the great fire will be lit under her cross, she will lift her loins once again as high as she can, exposing all her intime parts to the applauding crowd. A fruitless effort: the fire will burn her legs and roast her buttocks and crotch and she will die anyway.
Diana: the innocent girl, a slave, crucified instead of her father, a robber, who ran away. She proved to be extremely shy. After two days of the terrible suffering she will be "rescued" by the troop of archers. They are just heading here, searching for the good target for their training. Twenty four arrows will hit her genitals and twenty more - her breasts - before she will finally fade, losing two litres of blood, and die.
Catherine: burned with African sun and dewatered she is dying with sunstroke and pain and thirst and hunger. She is hanging here 50 hours, but within a hour she will lose her consciousness and nothing will revive her, including the blows of the vultures beaks.
Eva: she hangs motionlessly awaiting her end, breathing heavily and looking at all the people who came here to accompany her, mock her and laugh at her. She is pregnant, but no one cares. Her corpse will be feed to the stray dogs.
Agnes: the youngest and perhaps the prettiest of the six, she is Eva's younger sister. She was crucified few days after Eva. She was very shy too so she was deflowered and nailed deliberately with her thighs outstretched to make her suffer more with shame. She is hanging the third day, still being watched by hundreds of citizens. She will be by no means subjected to the crurifragium: the executors even tried to lengthen her suffer but she refused to drink posca and now she is really dying. Her corpse will be hanging on the cross till fully decomposed.
