Everybody were eager to watch and mock one more self-proclaiming messiah, dangerous mutineer, rightfully sentenced by the Romans to the most cruel death. Nobody was interested in his female comrade, arrested while talking with him in an auberge, and crucified with no sentence and with no slightest doubts nor mercy together with him - maybe his relative, a friend or a spouse, or maybe an accidental travel companion. No matter. She was at wrong time in a wrong place so she must pay with all her possesions, her dignity and her unimportant life.

Not exactly, however I took the modern Rome cityscape photo as a background (see attached). And the existing bridges on Tiber river in Rome are similar to the Charles Bridge - they have mostly renaissance and baroque decorations.

I love this image but the variation from bright background in the top left corner to dark background in the bottom right makes it hard to make a high contrast version. Here's my best effort.

Nice quartet!
Incidental meeting between a rebel and a woman in an auberge. Both get arrested by the Romans and condemned to the cross, she being found guilty by association. Part of a story currently running :
