Are females more elegant in "The dance"?:)

Ducans, of course! Men are strength, women are grace. We watch a crucified man for his strength, fighting the cross despite his power made helpless, his authority turned to vulnerability. We watch a woman for her beauty and grace in dancing with the cross, curves and softness in contrast to the straight unyielding wood. Her femininity calls to our compassion, her suffering tugs at our emotions, her body rouses our lust.

Men are strength, women are grace. We watch a crucified man for his strength, fighting the cross despite his power made helpless, his authority turned to vulnerability.

And besides for her beauty and femininity, tormented by the cross, we watch a woman for something similar too. The grace she was, the status and influence, even power she had in society. Now she has fallen down.

On the cross, she is undressed, naked, humiliated. Lost dignity. She is helpless and vulnerable as well.

Secured with nails and with her loins bound to the pole in order to prevent slipping from the peg pushed into her anus, young untrustworthy slave will die slow and terrible death, literally starving displayed on the low cross, so near to other people passing to and fro and so far from the common life, so easy to be rescued but so unable to break free, praying for mercy but no one is going to help her. Even the few sips of water she is being given each day is only for making her cruel suffering as long as possible...
