Yes, which is a shame. You can see for a second, one of the breasts of a woman being revealed in the spinning-device scene, but that's about it.

However, I take it as an imagination exercise. Sometimes, the anticipation of nudity can be more rewarding than nudity itself.

Well, when it comes about real water torture, drop of waters are falling on someone's forehead, driving the victim insane in the long run.

This, in the B-movie, however... it's just a cheap torture method they improvised. It doesn't even look that bad. And, after a few minutes the body should get used to the cold temperature.

The villain is played by Mickey Hargitay, best known as the guy who was married to Jayne Mansfield.
US audiences probably didn't recognize that the photo shoot was a fumetti shoot and that Hargitay's character was a parody of sorts of fumetti anti-heroes like Killing and Diabolik.
