Cruxed Sisters is the most powerful. Who's at fault. Did the younger sister on the left do something that condemned the older sister too, or is the younger sister suffering for the indiscretions of the elder? Both are such delicious options.

In more recent times miscreants publicly exposed in the stocks were routinely pelted with offal and other kinds of filth. It stands to reason anybody dying on a cross would be the target of the same, and worse.

"Wow! What a great pic!" I said to myself, when I looked at the two sisters crucified on the same cross. Then I noticed I had 'liked it' over two years ago. It is indeed a very powerful image: full of agony, shame, pity and sibling rivalry! Like roxie said: "Who's at fault?" I'll put my money on the younger sister. She probably did something reckless and stupid. A mess that big sis tried to help her get out of but wound up condemned herself.

Now they have lots of 'together time' to work out their issues.
