Found in the gutters of Internet this movie ... Girl and the Wooden Horse Torture (1982) with the following synopsis. "Nami is a masochistic high school student who is attacked and nearly raped by a gang of thugs before being rescued by the handsome teacher Muraki. The near-accident triggers Nami’s bizarre hallucinations, and she imagines herself involved in various S&M situations with Muraki, in which she is beaten, forced to urinate, and tortured on the wooden horse that gives the film its title. The hallucinations become progressively more real (and exciting) for Nami, and soon Muraki is accused of raping her and losing his position as a teacher.

I have no doubt HM have seen it 10 times already.

I love the design of the horse in #3, where you can raise the 'saddle' instead of lugging around a bunch of heavy weights (I'm all about labor-saving devices). I can almost promise that I would have turned that crank until her legs were no longer bent at he knee..... being the cruel s.o.b. that I am.
