I'm 5'2 so no problems with the doors I think! We toured a WW2 submarine in Manitowoc, WI (Im from WI and went to school at Marian in Indy!) and that made my decision never to join the navy and to buckle down on bike racing!
Those people were (are) crazy to live in those deathtraps! Especially since my dad kept telling me Id be the perfect height for submarine duty if school/bike racing didn't work out! (kidding of course but it still scarred me for life against submarines!)
