All I have seen so far from the 2020 movie ‘Coven’ (aka ‘Akelarre’) are trailers. It’s a great plot, which could have made for a even greater inquisition story. But I think the movie is not really going down this road.
So, here is my imagination of what happens to the women/girls after their arrest.

I agree, a masterpiece.

This image is a great example of your attention to the suffering victim's body. The dungeon dirt, the sweat, the matted hair, and the facial expression are all just exquisite. Put it all together with the other details of her torture and the image becomes almost real.
