Utilising the Bobinder method of tear production. ;)
Very effective - well done!
And don't you just love Cassia when she looks all severe? :bdsm-heart:
Oh yes, you are using some excellent source material here.
I think Cassia may be in shock - she is losing that charming, empathetic quality she once had.
This must be a stressful experience for her as well as for her best friend.;)

And yet, it's one of the big questions that preoccupy the crux author and artist - what must go through a girl's mind as she realizes she will never walk anywhere again, faced with the spectacle now of the crosses and stipes? And the carnifex is already counting his spikes and checking his hammer.

I thought for a moment that Helena was becoming delirious.
But then it occurred to me that any future state would probably be an improvement on her current condition.
Helena's hopes for an acquittal are not entirely unreasonable under the circumstances. Just sadly unrealistic... :(

Another powerful, emotional and dramatic episode, Wragg!
The relentless pace of the story continues as we run headlong towards the dramatic conclusion! :D
