That's fantastic! :D Possibly A priest/minister with a sense of humour, or maybe a fetish. Seems an odd accident.

It's 50% Janina and 50% another girl whose name I forget. There's several free apps for combining faces into one. That's why it looks like her. It's useful for getting the expression you want. Well spotted. But......where have you seen the rest of her body before. It doesn't belong to Janina but you will have seen it before.
