Actually your right about the likelyhood of death for this characters and my others. Shock, depsite,realistic medicine would also make them insensible. These torturers are recovering victims for further abuse that the best trauma team in the world might be challenged to do. But they are really "specialists" in the demonic work they do and so the fiction of their skill drives the story forward. As unrealistically as in any outrageous "action movie" I try to maintain the illusion of reality. Your desire for pussy torture is noted.
