That final panel reminds me of my favorite angles from an old artist (Prisoner No. 7 I believe was their name).

Up close view of the clit with the poor woman’s head forcibly propped up and made to watch her restrained clit go through all the terrible procedures. Makes me want to draw a bunch of different scenarios of that angle. Can’t wait to see what the distender looks like.

I think you have to add a metal mouth gag srewed in in the gums to keep her mouth well open (only with screws this is not sufisent).
I'm interested to see how the tongue will be tortured.
And at the last, you could cut the cheeks to get a nice smile for our snuff slut Eillen, and it will be easier to watch inside her mouth. ;)

The 2 upper mouth screws are drilled down at an angle passing through upper jaw bone, palate roof and impaling almost completely the tongue.This prevents full mouth closure unless she pushes the screws through the bottom of her tongue/ jaw by force. The tongue cannot retract due to these upper screws and the screws that pass through her lower jawbone from below and into the tongue (and have cracked several molars). The tongue hooks are anchored by cords behind her head and serve further to keep the mouth open and the tongue extended under tension. I expect a certain amount of mouth and tongue movement to animate the scene. The screws in the mouth are designed also to create tooth root pain such that any movement in the mouth region is a mass of throbbing and shooting agony. The screw in her forehead is just for looks. Didn't want to add more metal or a standard gag to her mouth region. No cheek cutting at this point. Can't have her bleeding too much down her neck while we work below.

The explanations are detailed and logical. Perfect.
I was thinking about the metal gag to keep his mouth open wide.

but I'm wondering about one thing...the screw in her forehead...I think this would kill her in real life..the screw would go through the skull and hit the brain...I don't know..I'm not a doctor...

but now I'm wondering when you will release the sequel?? do you have an estimate please??

Last time it took about a month, so I guess the same?

There’s the obvious: electro, piercing, stretching, burning etc. But has anyone come up with some creative ideas?

One could use a fine, precise jet of steam to blister the clit, then peel away the blistered skin, leaving all those nerves raw and exposed. Then paint that raw bud with an extract of Ghost Pepper chili juice. After an hour or so of listening to the clit's owner scream, help her reach even higher pitch by using a Bullet Ant to sting it. Let her live with that for a day or so and then start the real clit torture.

The torture master must have already planned the job.
I think that the clit will be cut and stretched to remove its roots...
That is sure, it will take many time ( Precision surgery) and cause a lot of pain and suffering (anesthesia is not necessary).
