I do like the limbing, skinning and boiling, but no I don't think it should be her baby they stitch back in her but the inflatable womb destroyer from a few pages back. I also love extreme torture and sadism, but you're right, instead of a child, I'd put something that really resembles a child, or a horribly cruel joke, a hideous bigger cat, or a small monkey..who would panic because of the loss of air and the increasing heat from oil, she tried to get out, the cow could be slowly repeatedly lowered into the oil as it was in the picture, with the private parts slowly being pulled from the skin (breasts and vagina, butt, so that extreme torture can be used on the nerve endings)
