I am still fascinated by the close battle in point 5 (rape of the crucified). Well, I think it has to do with how you experience your crucifixion (or other torture) fetish.
I don't see it as a punishment. It is my own free wil and desire. I want to be crucified as an offer to the man (or men) I love. I want to suffer pain, and even death (well, in my fantasy) for his/their pleasure. In my pain I show my love for him/them. Including a sporting erection while hanging from my cross.

Rape is not mandatory if the convict does not receive a cornu. His anus must be dilated so that he can enter the cornu.. The penis can be erect if the convict receives a cornu in this asshole

Well, everybody has his/her own fantasy here. In mine, it is about punishment for gone out of line (knowing the risk of the sanction), the resulting falling down, and still staying stubborn, even nailed to the cross.
