There is of course a 'contradiction' : in a BDSM play, everything is supposed to happen consensual. Even 'rape', be it male/male, male/female or whatever. One taking part in such a play as a victim, can obviously agree to 'stage' a rape, because he/she likes it.
That's different from a rape, in a fantasy of a real crucifixion, even if one gets excited by the fantasy of being raped before getting crucified. But there, everything relies on the forced treatment and humiliation, and nothing is consensual. Yes, but all is not real, also not the crucifixion. However, the flogging is real (86%), you are real nude in front of others (96 %!!!) and there is a real cornu (well a dildo) in you (71%). So also in the "Rape" there is a real dick in your asshole, so that part is real. In a passion play, or a movie, all that could be implied and not real, even probably not that easy to stage it. Here is my answer if I had the opportunity to choose as a victim in this situation. I would guess the executioner would do just the opposite.

I am also not English speaking. I think it is interesting that crucifixion contains so many aspects, that the crucified one has many, many situations he is afraid. One thing I work out, is that some of the things are more cruel in roman times, and for the Jews (such as nudity), which is for many of us today completely gone. Another, one is the male rape, which then was a shame, and is today, probably, no longer. Anal intercourse by the way is not necessarily painful.
