After the crucifixion, she should be let with her pride saving costume.. Only for a while.. And there can be a bid.. The highest bidder can remove her waist screen, and expose her nudity open to the eagerly waiting crowd.. Being helpless, pain & humiliation would transfer her to the ultimate panic.. This will make her woman-hood to shrink even tinier than normal..

This idea of bidding to remove the loincloth I like, though I like the idea of a totally nude victim as I have posted elsewhere. I guess it could be done sooner or as they are stripped of everything else earlier. A nice way to fund the cost of the state in times of decreasing revenue.

A good point. The guards wouldn't have bothered to throw dice for Christ's clothes if they were soaked in blood, makes the scourging seem a much less bloodthirsty event, certainly not with those hooked scourges that Mel Gibson had us believe!

The victim should be stripped naked for the flogging/scourging. The victim should then be forced to remain naked or at most a skimpy, filthy loincloth that would be torn away at the time of crucifixion. I also feel that the victim should remain barefoot from the time of the arrest and forced to carry the cross to the place of crucifixion. Her feet would be subjected to rough terrain, stubbed toes and cuts to the soles of her feet causing her to stumble and lose her balance. The soles of her feet will also become quite filthy along with the rest of her body adding to her humiliation.

Then again there should be some nice animal excrement to avoid on the way to her death while trying to balance a crossbeam. If not, I could always round up the annoying geese by where I live!

I agree on everything but I think that we need a sign tied around his neck, the condemned will wear during the Via Crucis, indicating: 1) beginning with the allegations wrote: "this doomed, now naked ..." 2) the sentence imposed.
I think the strip and being crowned with thorns should be "HIGHLIGHTS" as the scourging and crucifixion.
