I agree. It's also one of the two parts of the anatomy that are considered distinctly female (yes, I know about soi-disant man boobs, but that is not my point). And it is the only part of distinctly female anatomy that is visible in most social settings (again, discarding cultures with religious limitations). You may not be able to see the specifics, but you can see that the female in question has boobs.

So torturing something that so many in society see as one of the defining elements of her anatomy feels quite transgressive. At least to me.
