Punishments for nunns or being delivered by nunns are in a top of that category. There’s so many delicious aspects in it.

They are mentally motivated to accept physical punishments to save their souls. They are starving from sexual need but very embarrassed about their sexual thoughts and possible bodily responses. They aren’t supposed to have any need for their private parts, so there’s no reason to left them unpublished. A nun can see such punishments fair and serve the purpose well.

The punisher/torturer get perfect justification for her cruelties by just doing what needs to be done and praying the strength to do it. She can freely express her sadistic tendencies and maybe get punished by herself if her mind was too weak to resist sinful thoughts.
