The men will have to be divided into squads with separate responsibilities, and possibly rotate to different shifts during the day.
1) Crowd control
2) Guards, keeping the prisoners under control as they watch their fellow-villagers executed and await their turn
3) Clothing collectors
4) Rape squad
5) Lictors
6) Wrist-nailing squads of three
7) Pairs to raise the platibula
8) Pairs to afix the cornu
9) Foot-nailing squads of three
10) Ushers, choosing who will be next to die, cutting their bonds, making them strip naked, leading them to the rape squad, the lictors, and finally to their cross.
So the procedure would be something like this:
The guards will separate the prisoners into groups of 50 each and march them to various stretches of the road where they will be crucified. each group of 50 will have 6 lictors assigned to them, using 3 of the stipes as whipping posts. Three ushers will each choose a prisoner and make him or her take off their clothes. If it is a man, he will go directly to the lictors to be flogged. If it is a woman, she will first be taken to be raped. Once these three ushers have delivered the prisoners to the lictors, they go back and select three more prisoners, who must strip and wait their turn while the previous trio are beaten. When the whipping is finished, a second set of three ushers leads the prisoners to the next available cross, where they are tied to the stipes to wait for the nailers. When the nailers arrive, they nail the prisoners to their platibula, then prop them up against their stipes, in a sitting postion, to wait for the lifters. The lifters eventually come and hoist the platibulum up onto the stipes, leaving the prisoner hanging by the spikes in her wrists. Next, the cornu squad shoves the cornu into her anus and then fastens it to the stipes, securing her naked butt to the cross. As a final step, the foot nailers will come along to pin her feet to her cross.
Thus a typical woman waiting her turn for each squad will have to watch as those before her are stripped, raped, flogged, and nailed, have cornus shoved up their butts, etc. Just watching, helpless and naked... "Three more, then it's my turn... Two more, then me... One more, I'm next...!"

OMG....this guy is so organized ... what are you? Some kind of production manager in real life? Or, perhaps a film director? I have one question, though. As one of the women waiting in a group of 50, I am shocked at the way they are shoving cornus up everyone's butts. I thought women would be given a choice.
